Years ago when I was a poor student in Edinburgh, I used to save the cardboard from cereal boxes and used the blank inside to make these pillow boxes to contain the fimo brooches and earrings I made to raise some extra funds at local craft markets.  I must have made hundreds of them, all cut out by hand unlike now when I have the luxury of a cutting machine.  If you don't have one don't let it stop you from having a go.  It's a simple shape and once you've made one you'll be an expert!  You can embellish these all kinds of ways, rubber stamps, ribbons etc but in this example I've really jazzed it up with embossing, gilding and a wrap around snowflake!  The video below shows how I made the example above.  Enjoy and if you learn something or get inspired, please leave a thumbs up on you tube :)
